It seems not everyone started doing things they loved or destined to do at the beginning, but there are hints along the way. Just like me, I started out working as an engineer at Shell Canada Limited downtown when I was 21 years old. Trying to fit into the 9-5 norms, but somehow it never really felt right to me or I never really fit in. Over twenty years ago, on a trip to Thailand, I ended up practicing breathe meditation in a Buddhist Monastery. Yet strangely enough I felt the kind peace and bliss that I longed for. Eventually I give up my engineering job at Shell and practiced meditation as a monastic in Thailand then later Burma. Over the years I kind figured my purpose is to find ways of feeling fantastic and share it with my community. So I have taught Yoga , QiGong, Meditation at various gyms including City of Calgary and MRU recreation for the last 20 years. As registered acpuncturist and doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine I found Myofascial Release Acpuncture is the easiest, simplest and most effective way for everyone to feel fantastic instantly. I have been practicing Acupuncture and TCM at Mount Royal University Wellness for the last 10 years; And I am also an instructor at Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
