What an experience. I had a very bad back injury close to 6 months ago. L5-S1 Large Herniated Disc, bulges, pinched nerves and Stetnosis on the left side of my body. My left leg had lost all muscle and was numb from the left knee, down the left calf and shin to the top right of my foot. Months of Physio and minor stretching has allowed for small improvements. I saw Dr. Lake two days ago and I have already regained feeling in my foot and leg. My left hip which has been stuck (I lost around 1 inch of height in my left leg) has finally been released and I can now move more freely. Tightness in my neck and back are gone and my digestive system has improved. Not only is he a miracle worker with his "blades" but his personality is outstanding. Great to talk with and a man of worldly wisdom. His attitude is inviting, the ambience of his small workshop is tranquil and overall his treatment is top notch. I can't wait to see how much I improve when I see him again in two weeks. I am a technical guitar player (flamenco style) and he is certain he can help make my fingers and forearms more nimble to improve my playing. I 100% recommend Dr. Lake to everyone and anyone. Lake is amazing! Life changer! He is so knowledgeable, so good to talk to, I trust him completely. He is fixing up my long term muscle issues. I sleep better, digest smoother, exercise so much easier, I even breathe deeper! The "blade technique" is much more helpful than massage and chiro for me. It has been two days since my first treatment and I am AMAZED with the results I have experienced thus far. I went to see Lake for my chronic back and neck pain that I have been experiencing over the last seven years, as well as for digestion, tendonitis in my foot, and anxiety (yes I am a mess). I know doctor lake for more than 5 years now and this new technique, myofascial release, is amazing, super effective and the benefit last longer than normal treatment. I am having some shoulder and upper back issues and before seen doctor lake I tried massage and chiropractor as recommended by my family's doctor and nothing was getting me the relief i dreamed of. Went back to doctor Lake and after only 2 myofascial release treatment i am feeling way better. Thank you doctor Lake for all these years of care.
